CMH BRINGS PAIN MANAGEMENT TO COMMUNITY
Crawford, Illinois–Pain Management Group (PMG), Findlay, Ohio has partnered with Crawford Memorial Hospital (CMH) to open a balanced pain management center at the hospital. CMH’s Pain Management Center will diagnose acute and chronic pain and create individualized treatment plans for patients based on a number of considerations, including the cause and level of pain.
Diagnoses treated at the center include neck and back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic pelvic pain, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and nerve damage, as well as pain associated with arthritis, muscle spasms, and shingles.
The center will be staffed by Dr. Van Evanoff, an independent, fellowship trained provider. Dr Evanoff graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a Pain Management Specialty.
Crawford Memorial Hospital Pain Management Center is committed to helping patients for the life of their pain as they comply with their care plans. The center establishes an agreement with the patient that holds him or her accountable to the use of only one pharmacy, one prescribing physician, and medication safe from loss or theft, pill counts, and urine drug testing.
